I’m a designer and entrepreneur who helps boards and leadership teams make better product, customer, and growth decisions by applying design thinking to real business constraints, especially during founder-to-scale transitions.My background spans product design, engineering, and executive leadership at hyper-growth technology companies, as well as building and operating a multi-million-dollar hospitality-led retail business from the ground up. Across those environments, my core strength has been translating strategy into systems, and customer experience into durable business outcomes.In board and advisory contexts, I bring a creative, systems-based lens to the decisions where innovation meets reality, regulation, and scale.
