Chosen Collective Consulting, LLC is an education and community centered consulting firm that supports organizations in shifting towards a climate of equity, justice and inclusion while intentionally centering care and support for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ folks. ABOUT DIO ALDRIDGE
Hailing from strong Afro-Caribbean and Latinx roots, Dio Aldridge, pronouns he/él is a Blatinx Trans man born in Limon, Costa Rica and raised in Southern California. Growing up in the household of a Baptist minister and Social Worker proved to be formative in shaping his passion and work in community building, engagement, organizational development, education and art. Dio has spent over 10 years in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion education and organizational development and is the Founder/CEO of Chosen Collective Consulting & Reset-Retreats, LLC. Chosen supports organizations in shifting towards a climate of equity, justice and inclusion while intentionally centering care and support for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ folks. We offer workshops, strategic planning support and organizational consulting, and 1:1 or team coaching that centers Anti-Racism, LGBTQIA+ Inclusion, and community building. Chosen held its inaugural Chosen Collective Retreat in August of 2021 for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ business owners, higher education leaders, social workers, athletes, and/or artists. I look forward to supporting organizations in making and sustaining holistic strategies and actions while simultaneously centering care and support for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ community members.
