   Prepare own teaching material for college preparatory and accelerated classes incorporating national standards, state standards and international culture to enhance students\' proficiency and literacy in the target language -Conduct the class in the target language by incorporating Krashen\'s Affective Filter Hypothesis and Vygotsky\'s Zone of Proximal Development -Lead teachers of the World Languages Level 1 Professional Learning Community by collaborating to not only develop and implement student weekly learning targets but also to create various formative and summative assessments based on state and national proficiency standards -Build rapport with students by identifying commonalities and reasons for studying a second language-Serve as sponsor for International Club with the purpose of promoting the diversity of culture found at Dunwoody High School -Accompany the Department Chair of World Languages and more than 50 AP Spanish students annually to Seville, Spain during Spring Break-Aid with the organization and production of the annual World Languages Fall Showcase and International Night Show
