Started my career in 1994 with Damania shipping worked as a cabin crew.joined jet airways in 1996, it was the inception of the airline they had just 5 aircrafts gave my heart and soul. blood sweat and Toil.they had 100 plus aircrafts. joined Delta airline.the most amazing experience learnt that practical training is much more important than theory.2006 joined Jet Airways as a cabin supervisor worked my way up from being a service instructor to a human factors CRM instructor to an Assistant manager flight safety -cabin safety ERM and safety promotions through the journey I have constantly educated myself project management, SMS and now 6 Sigma.
