Avia Properties, Inc is a full service property management company providing real estate solutions for property owners and investors. What differentiates Avia Properties from tradition property management companies is that we treat each property as it it was our own. As investors ourselves, we tend to look at things from an investor\'s point of view. As an adult, Dino and his wife, Jane, also a realtor, have owned and managed their own investment properties for the last 40 years. Dino Martins started learning about real estate at age 15 when he was called upon to help extended family without english as a first language, translate and negotiate real estate purchases. Over time the extended family created quite a portfolio of properties.
