As a program director for the Wolverine Worldwide Family branch of the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids (a.k.a.\"The Y\"), I am responsible for development and advancement of all youth and adult sports, arts and humanities programming for approximately 2,500 combined annual participants. This includes multi-department P&L, strategic growth and oversight of 100+ part-time staff, one full-time Lead Specialist, and 200+ volunteers throughout the year.Additionally, I serve on the branch management team, assistanting executive staff with administrative, financial, operational, marketing and mission advocacy as needed to serve YMCA members, supporters, as well as the community at large.
