During the summer of 2023, I joined Albany Bank & Trust Co, N.A. as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Trust Officer. I reamin affiliated with Saul Ewing LLP as of counsel. At Albank, my role includes managing legal affairs and overseeing the operations of its Land Trust Department. Albank is a community bank on Chicago\'s northwest side with four branches. It serves the needs of the community and the region by providing retail and commercial banking services. The Land Trust Department serves real estate owners by providing a vehicle for ownership that maintains the confidentiality of the individual owner and facilitating ease of transition in the event of the owner\'s passing or other change in ownership. Consistent with Albank\'s identity as Chicago\'s concierge business bank, the Land Trust Department prides itself on customer service, responsiveness and satisfying our constituents\' needs.As of counsel at Saul Ewing LLP, I continue to serve my client base built over my 45 year career. Saul Ewing is a 500 lawyer full service business firm serving the mid-market and providing specialized service to companies of all sizes. I serve in our business and finance department and frequently draw on specialties in our firm to provide outstanding service to clients, be they privately held companies, lenders, financial advisers, companies in need of turnaround or insolvency expertise, asset buyers, and other constituents in an M&A setting. Additionally, I serve as a trusted counselor to a number of Chicago middle market companies.
