Core Talent Acquisition Responsibilities1. End-to-End RecruitmentUnderstand hiring needs: Partner with hiring managers to determine role requirements and timelines.Source candidates: Use multiple channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and events to build candidate pipelines.Screen & interview: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.Offer & onboarding: Help negotiate offers, facilitate background checks, and support candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth start.2. Candidate Experience & EngagementMaintain communication: Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.Build relationships: Act as a positive ambassador of Flipkart’s employer brand during interviews, job fairs, and external events.3. Collaboration & StrategyPartner with hiring managers: Advise managers on realistic timelines, role requirements, and candidate fit.Improve hiring processes: Help refine recruitment strategies based on insights and market trends.Use data: Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness to optimize the hiring process. Administrative & Systems SupportManage tools: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate statuses and recruitment data.Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. FTE & FTC Talent Acquisition:FTE (Full-Time Employee)Permanent role: Hired directly onto Flipkart’s payroll with full employee benefits.Long-term focus: Involved in long-term hiring strategies, employer branding, and building talent pipelines aligned with future growth.Growth opportunity: Can engage in workforce planning, employer branding projects, and leadership development.FTC (Fixed-Term Contract)Contractual role: Employed for a defined period (e.g, 12 months), often to support urgent hiring needs or specific projects.
