Finance leader with 15 years of experience bridging Digital marketing, end-to-end finance operations, legal oversight, and Multi-Entity Finance & Compliance.My journey began in 2010 at Stan Ventures, where I transitioned from an IT engineer to a digital marketer, developing hands-on expertise in SEO, audits, link building, and Google Analytics. After completing my MBA in 2015, I transitioned into finance—building processes from the ground up, and aligning them with performance-driven digital business.In 2019, I became one of the earliest members of NP Digital India, starting from the LLP registration phase. I scaled the entire finance function from scratch as Finance Manager and rose to become Senior Director of Finance, helping grow the company. I collaborated extensively with the global NP Digital team, overseeing a range of responsibilities including P&L structuring, AR/AP, budgeting, compliance, tax planning, and vendor contract negotiations.Since April 2025, I’ve returned to Stan Ventures in the role of Sr. Director & Head of Finance, where I lead the entire finance vertical across multiple group companies.
