As Engineering manager responsible in managing teams developing test systems to test brake control ECUs (Antilock brake systems, dynamic stability controller etc). Experienced in leading projects from multiple engineering disciplines like Electronics, Embedded, Software tools and Product design/manufacturing. Expertise also involves in managing labs in multiple Bosch locations with labs meeting different compliance standards.My expertise also includes applying product engineering and design review methodology like DRBFM in product development facilitating upfront thinking and development of product requirements. I also train-mentor-coach engineers in systematic product engineering applying DRBFM and product engineering methods.My passion is to explore new terrains, continuously innovate and be a creative inventor.
