   1.Creating and maintaining rent roll record and tenant information’s (tenant name, Base rent, Sqft, etc.) received from borrowers into servicing system for different types of collateral (Retail, Industrial, Warehouse, Lodging, Multifamily, etc.). The goal is to track and monitor occupancy and tenant information per lender’s requirements.2.Conducted detailed variance analysis of rental income, property taxes, insurance, residential unit counts, compared to prior year data or underwriting documents.3. Entered borrower-provided operating statements into the application, adjusted them, and calculated the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR).
