Today, we heavily rely on third-party software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications for critical business functions, such as customer relationship management, finance, and project management. These SaaS applications often have access to sensitive customer and business data, making them prime targets for cyber attacks.At Google, I lead the India security engineering team responsible for protecting our data and business processes in Third party SaaS platforms. SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), control engineering/ deployment/ measurement, data protection, governance, and security assessments falls under my direct purview.
