   People Leadership and Organizational Management:o Led a diverse ~100-person organization with a $6M annual budget, comprising process managers, software developers, data analysts, and operations agents to consistently meet monthly operational targets in the areas of customer experience, quality, employee satisfaction and finances.o Managed the performance of offshore vendors in the Philippines and Colombia and ensured they are correctly incentivized to meet Capital One\'s high bar for quality and productivity. Successfully offshored multiple processes to save costs.Product Management:o Created the requirements and oversaw the implementation of Capital One\'s first cloud-based credit dispute case management system, improving accuracy from 92% to 99% and boosting employee engagement from 60% to 92%.
