Working as a Researcher at CSIR-NCL Pune, at Central NMR Facility from June 2014 to till date. • Expertise in handling NMR instrument like Bruker (200,300,400,500,700 MHz) using Topspin (1.3,2.1,3.2,3.5,4.0) software and GEOL 400 MHz. • Expertise in interpretation and characterization of new organic compounds by using 1D liquid state NMR like different nuclei 1H,13C,31P,15N,DEPT NMR. • Interpretation and characterization of small organic molecules 2D NMR like COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY, DOSY, etc. • Experience in handling the solid-state NMR. • Low and high-temperature NMR studies of metal complexes. • H-bonding studies of peptides. • Recently, gained experience in peptide synthesis, particularly macrocyclic peptides.
