I have successfully led and delivered the solutions to the complex problems across sector like Oil & Gas, Power, Nuclear, Pharma and Chemical companies.My journeyStarting as Graduate Engineer trainee at Flowserve Sanmar, i quickly gained expertise in the design and selection of mechanical seals supporting clients across various sectors. Later i took on a role of Team Leader delivering critical projects with project deliverable meeting the on time delivery of 98%. This enabled the business generation of 10 Crores every month.Later i was promoted as Engineering Manager Led multiple teams to handle the deliverables for Pump OEMs across India. Managed clients through onsite workshops and technical presentations for the customers in western, eastern parts of India Delivered cutting edge design solutions by conducting root cause analysis thus increasing the reliability of Mechanical seals Supported business development by providing the techno-commercial proposals, costing and preparing specification overview after reviewing the project specifications.
