As a core member of Viatris’ Global Quality Investigations team, I serve as a technical anchor and cross-functional influencer for quality systems improvement across EU sites. My role is focused on elevating the integrity, consistency, and regulatory defensibility of critical investigations, while embedding a quality culture that values prevention over correction.I drive the retrospective and real-time review of major deviations, complaints, Out of Specification, adverse trends, stability failures, and Critical Quality Notifications (CQNs) across multiple international manufacturing sites producing diverse array of dosage forms — identifying systemic trends, process bottlenecks, and recurring failure modes that signal product, process, or device-level issues. Through deep signal detection and TrackWise-based data mining, I support risk prioritization and guide sites in building rooted, practical, and behaviorally integrated CAPAs. My reviews often shape the response strategy for HA-critical cases, including field alerts, product recalls, or chronic site performance issues.I collaborate closely with surveillance, compliance, and procedural governance teams to ensure global standards are accurately interpreted, implemented, and improved. I also contribute to closure strategies for complex CQNs, helping ensure timely and traceable remediation aligned with both site capabilities and global expectations.Working closely with site and global teams, I help shape the design and implementation strategy of CAPAs, ensuring alignment with site capabilities, global procedures, and broader commercial and human behavior contexts. My work helps bridge the gap between technical depth and organizational execution — bringing together data, behavior, and compliance into a cohesive system of continuous improvement. As a non-hierarchical leader, I influence through credibility, consistency, and a focus on outcomes — not titles
