Maintaining the plant environment in accordance with the hygiene and safety norms, to ensure better employee productivity and effective utilization of equipment’s and resources. Handling all breakdowns and planning cleaning schedules for all dairy equipments. Maintaining all records as per ISO and HACCP. Getting renew all legal certificate as per local regulatory authority time to time. Organizing and controlling for periodic maintenance of different machineries. Maintaining the entire production operation cost efficient and re-engineering whole process time to time as required.
