Responsible for Leading with Transition of eVMD and Co-ordinating with SAP T&E and Implementation of Concur, Supporting Travel & Entertainment expense management for administrative for Global Support service center and Corporate Credit card Management.P2P (Procure to Pay) process handling In SAP using T codes to create a PO to order goods and payment,Concur accounting, Month end activities and eVMD maintaining of deviation reports and report to the globally, also handling NFCM controls for Credit card issue, Month end activities and eVMD process,Handling ServiceNow tool implementation and Admin activities for day today activities.I started with invoice processing & later joined a second line Travel and expenses helpdesk support team based on my performance, accuracy and quality.Working with Global Corporate Credit card team to support and maintenance car issuance and maintain, also conduct standard audits of T&E process policy for compliance as well as coordination of Company-card audits, and providing monthly reports to Business Unit Analysts and ad-hoc reports as required.
