Reviewing of instrumentation drawings such as instrumentation location and cable tray layout, installation hook ups, junction boxes, loop schemes & cable schedules. Manpower planning and estimation, and preparation of failure analysis reports (FAR) and recommendations to avoid recurrence, preparation of various progress reports, PM task reports and purchase requisition for spares. Experience in preparation/ review of all types of field instruments, material requisitions, cable schedule, instrument data sheets, Hook up diagrams, loop diagrams, P & ID’s, & As built drawings for instruments. Knowledge & experience in electrical & Instrumentation package design like boiler control & data acquisition system, steam turbine control and data acquisition system, instrument air compressor packages, Nitrogen Generation packages and HVAC design. Performing high level critical instruments servicing and calibrating in field itself using HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) protocol supported Communicators and Foundation field bus Communicators. Knowledge in International Codes & Standards IEC, ISA, EN, API, IP15 etc,
