In my 19 years of professional experience, I have enabled Payments and Digital Banking companies in US, India, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East to manage end-to-end transformations. These business-led and technology-driven transformations included new product development, core platform implementation, M&A integration, process improvement, core operating model design, functional design, market analysis and strategy formulation. As a Managing Director, I currently lead the Banking and Capital Markets practice at Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd and serve Deloitte’s global clients. Previously, I led a team of over 600 professionals in the Operations Transformation practice within the Core Business Operations portfolio in Consulting, Deloitte US-India offices and grew it 10-fold in five years. The team was focused on building robust capabilities that solved heart-of-the-business issues of clients and enabled the organization’s go-to-market strategies. Some of my other achievements include launching programs for Deloitte’s payments clients to develop and launch new products, re-platforming core platforms, and incubating and growing next-gen services such as Process Bionics.I am passionate about coaching, mentoring and training professionals on the craft of consulting and banking and the payments industry.Outside work, I enjoy playing and watching cricket, and believe in achieving holistic well-being.
