I was privileged to start at Adobe in 2003 as a Senior Data Engineer. Every year was a new start and warranted new learning objectives. 1: REIMAGINED CENTRALIZED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & HIERARCHY (2020–Present)I was fortunate to build a groundbreaking product from scratch and create value for Adobe in my current role within the Technology innovation organization. I directed the team to build a GenAI application that enabled the Adobe Sales and Marketing team to understand Adobe customers well before they Go to Market (GTM). The product was delivered to Instill Sales & Marketing productivity (drive revenue), increase Call to Action (helped renewal, upsell, and cross-sell), and delight customers (knowledge of customers – driving their experience). I am happy that my venture displaced a vendor product.2: INTEGRATION PLATFORM (20••••19)Created a self-serviced “integration central” (one place to develop, test, deploy, monitor, and operate), which included a developer forum and integration social, and simplified the experience of platform users through contextual docs and automated developer assistance. Achieved rapid adoption across the company with over pipelines and 1500 internal users, processed 3 billion records and over a million executions daily, improved executive decision-making via creating dashboards, and built self-serviceable real-time dashboards and business insights.
