Invoice processing by doing 2-way 3-way matching (PO & NON-PO invoices) Three way matches of invoices before posting of invoice linked to PO. Reviewing invoices and checking the requests of the same so as to avoid any errors. Responsible for matching the invoices Vendor code master request creation Reconciliation for confirmation received from vendors. Vendor code creation & bank details update Passing entry for vendor advance and travel advance Passing entry for scrap bill. GRIR Ageing Agreements maintenance Maintaining vendor files. Bills filing and documentation arrangement. Physical stock verification audits (PSV).Handling Accounts activity\'s as per audit schedule. All PO Bills and Service Bills month end closing Passing entry for Gst Rectification. Good Understanding on Procure 2 Pay Cycle
