About Dinesh Brijwani
I am a Pharmacovigilance (PV) professional with 11 plus years of experience and truly believe that safety is every patient’s rights. Started my PV career in drug safety call center@ Sciformix and direct communication with the patients on the safety queries inspired me to work on patient safety management further. I started working on assessment of AE reports received from the consumer, data entry in database and performed follow-up with the patients directly. Later managed end to end PV case management, safety reconciliation with clinical database, overall Quality management of PV cases. I also have 4+ years of people management expeirience. Recently changed role from PV Quality manager to Team manager for skilled PV team, hold position as Subject Matter Expert(SME), PV trainer and Point of contact for sponsor (pharma client) for quality related query. Have faced multiple sponsor and internal audits. Supported client for inspection request. Currently working as a PV SME for developing automation tool and validating the tool as per PV requirements.I am keen on exploring more of the PV domain and apply my skills for betterment of Pharmacovigilance system.
