Analysis: Extensive experience in static analysis of metallic and composite structures (8+ years) and fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (9+ years) using hand calculations, FEM, and proprietary tools. Good Knowledge of Boeing and Airbus Structural Repair Manuals, understanding the allowable damages, repairs and inspection requirements Tools: Worked extensively with application software’s such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA V5, Airbus ISAMI, and various Boeing (IDTAS, IAS, DTANAL) and GKN specific stress analysis tools. Compliance & Certification: Expertise in structural repairs and liaison engineering (SRM, SB, SSI, AD, AMOC). Familiar with 14 CFR Part 23, 25, and 26, including the preparation of ICA (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) and FAA Form 8100-9 for major repairs. Leadership: Experience as a Technical Lead and Team Lead, managing teams and approving major repairs and non-conformances.Worked in multicultural environment at various locations with a team of around 8-10 engineers around the globe and different R&D teams.
