My coworkers and superiors have recognized and trusted me because of my unwavering dedication and commitment during my stay.My experience in the hospitality industry includes several positions, including executive in control of the front desk at Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts and assistant manager of the front office at Azaya Beach Resort Goa. My career growth has been greatly aided by my pre-opening activities, customer satisfaction, and team leadership expertise.In my role as front office manager, I will be overseeing and supervising the operations of the front office division, acting as a bridge between front office staff and management, and making sure guest services run successfully. Budgeting, resource planning, staff training, and politely and promptly handling guest complaints are all part of my job responsibilities.I am prepared to succeed in my new position because I have a bachelor\'s degree in hospitality administration/management from Information and Technology Management IHM, Navi Mumbai.
