   Subject matter expert and leader for standardizing Food Safety and GFSI requirements, ensuring Food Safety, Sanitation, and Organic systems designed for continuous compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. • Oversee and Coach food safety and quality teams on product and water testing, sampling procedures, trainings, assign KPIs, review internal audits, metrics, trend reporting, and managing companywide awareness of food safety practices and validation studies. • Create a positive and professional food safety culture that promotes company values, mission, food safety and quality processes.
