About Dineille Villaroel
My early career started in the field of insurance and banking where I was a successful professional with great attention to detail and focus on the customer. Some of my accomplishments included being the top teller and a promotion to a sales and services specialist. While I enjoyed the challenge and joy of customer service in those previous industries, I decided to follow my passion of helping others by pursuing Environment Health and Safety where I managed many safety programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I\'ve enjoyed my role leading others in the field of quality where my team had the responsibility of inspecting airfoils at various process points from receiving to final inspection. My previous roles leading Manufacturing Engineering Development Program Associates and leading a manufacturing shop as the General Manager, has expanded my leadership skills. Every role has prepared me to be a people centered and problem solving Leader. I truly enjoy the aerospace industry and my goal is to explore more leadership roles that utilizes my passion for people, their safety and delivering an outstanding product.
