I have completed my MBA degree from DoMS, IIT Madras batch of 20••••22 with major in Finance and Minors in Operations and Marketing. I have done various projects as a part of course work in the area of Finance, Operations and Marketing such as, • HSBC IB League- Analyzed three potential strategic options of merger for Vestas: world’s largest manufacturer, seller and installer of wind turbines based on qualitative and quantitative aspects.(Operating metrics, DCF, Comparable Companies) and analyzed the merger by Structuring the deal on a debt and cash free basis, funding strategies with risk and Accretion / Dilution analysis• Equity Valuation of Mahindra Swaraj Engines (DCF, Dividend Discount Model, Asset Based Approach, Market Multiple Approach, Comparable companies) and comparison with other Mahindra group of companies and Mahindra & Mahindra• Global Corporate Governance- Compared the corporate governance policies of 3 info-tech companies: TCS, Wipro, Infosys• Business Research Methodology Course: Study of LG in India: ‘Should LG continue its smartphone segment in India?’ and provided suggestions if LG is considering re-entering the Indian smartphone market (Exploratory research, Market research problem, Market survey & Data analysis- Collection, Cleaning & Testing the Hypotheses)• Financial Management 2 – Detailed cash flow projections of Eicher motors for 3 years and Sensitivity analysis of the same, Discussed the inventory characteristics, category and model applicable for various inventories of Mahindra and Mahindra company with the help of ABC analysis and Demand projection, Analyzed the dividend policy by comparing Dividend yield and pay-out ratio with fund requirement and earnings for 3 breweries: GM Breweries, United Breweries and Radico Khaitan Breweries • Financial analysis – Ratio analysis of JSW holdings by using financial statements from year 2017 to 2020• Supply Chain Management Course: Optimizing the supply chain network of NV Group based on date available and a few assumptions. Suggested shutting down a few plants and an alternate location for the company to set up a plant to optimize its cost.• Entrepreneurship Course: Presented a project report on new startup idea based on multi-brand digital auto dealer (Scope, Offerings, Supply Chain, Differentiation, Customers, Prototype, Financial planning, Limitations and 5-year business plan)• Research for Marketing decisions Course: Prepared a project report on Comparative study on Skype’s declining growth rate (Coding/Thematic analysis, Survey Questionnaire)
