My focus is on delivering high-quality, timely security operations while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.On a daily basis, I monitor and analyze security alerts, validate automated EDR responses, and take containment actions when needed. I generate and validate Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) from threat intelligence sources like Mandiant, integrating them into our detection workflows to stay ahead of emerging threats.I design and refine incident response playbooks tailored to each client’s environment, ensuring our teams respond consistently and effectively. Within the SIRT team, I handle sensitive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) cases, coordinate closely with compliance and legal departments, and take decisive action to address data exposure incidents.Beyond incident handling, I prepare monthly security dashboards for clients—translating technical data into meaningful insights they can use to make informed security decisions. I also keep my skills sharp by staying on top of the latest cybersecurity trends, breaches, and threat intelligence updates.What drives me in this role is the combination of technical challenge and business impact—protecting critical assets while building trust through transparency and expertise.
