To stand along through the entire recruiting process of sourcing out the right candidate.• Submitting the profile after a thorough screening and reference-checking candidates prior to being submitted to the client. And co-ordinate with the Accounts Manager and the candidate to schedule interviews.• Finding candidates (H1B /Green card /US-Citizen) through various resources like from the Head hunting, vendor Hotlists, Job boards, Job posting, Outlook, Internet Search (mostly dice.com, monster, & hot jobs), Requirement distribution, Profile distribution.• Maintaining a database of candidates and vendors.• Negotiating with both consulting company and candidate (GC & citizens) on position, job responsibility and compensation package.• Scheduling candidates Interviews with prime vendor and client; with liaison of tier vendor. Preparing them for telephonic and Skype calls, help them understand client culture and un-said needs. Guiding them for function and technical questionnaire.• Updating candidates resume when appropriate and keeping version of resume for single candidate.• Providing technical questionnaire to candidates before interview, as per requirement demands and features of tools.• Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, PO’s and vendor Contract’s.
