Hi there! I\'m Dina, a people-first strategist who believes magic happens when we blend the science of organizational change and human behavior with the art of human connection. I have a combination of expertise in talent development and learning solutions, strategic business planning, and research and innovation. With 17+ years of experience in communications, business and learning design, I have served clients across sectors (academic, service, SaaS, CPG, ag, manufacturing, nonprofit).I believe lasting change requires our head, heart, and gut. My approach blends organizational psychology, innovation design, and behavioral science to create lasting change that elevates both human potential and business performance. As an executive coach and learning strategist, I enjoy digging deep to understand complex business challenges and turning the understanding into clear, actionable growth paths and solutions. I\'m fascinated by how people and companies can transform, and most of all enjoy the journey of doing meaningful work, when we create the right conditions for change. Whether I\'m coaching an individual or team, consulting with a business to reimagine their future steps, or designing a learning experience, I bring a unique blend of behavioral science, business savvy, and genuine curiosity to every partnership.My greatest role: Being Mama to 3 precious people, witnessing their own journey. Parenting teaches (and humbles) me every day. I bring my parenting and how it\'s intersected with the many dimensions of life/career along when working with others, in my Momblazers programming, and in my collaborations with other working parent-focused efforts.
