I’m all about building strong relationships and creating meaningful connections. Whether I’m working with clients, leading a project, or brainstorming new ideas, I love finding ways to make things easier, more effective, and more impactful for the people I support.As the Director of Sales at Visit Colorado Springs, I have the honor of leading our award-winning sales team. We get to work with amazing meeting planners and clients from across the country to bring events to the region - driving economic impact and showing off everything our destination has to offer. I’ve always believed in a high-touch, personal approach: anticipating needs, staying one step ahead, and building trust that leads to long-term partnerships.Along the way, I’ve picked up some great tools - like experience with a range of technology platforms and data analytics - that help me stay organized, streamline processes, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. I’ve also earned my MBA from the University of Northern Colorado and my BA from the University of Central Florida.Outside of the day-to-day, I’m passionate about supporting the industry and the community. I’ve served as Board President of HSMAI Southern Colorado and as a Board Member at Large with Destination Colorado Meetings. Being named Individual of the Year by Destination Colorado Meetings in 2021 was such an honor and one of those full-circle moments that reminds me why I love what I do.
