Promoting the Chicago Council as an authoritative source on international surveys on foreign policy, deepening and broadening partnerships with other organizations and academics, and helping to better leverage the Council’s forty-year record of high-quality public opinion analysis in the digital era. Increased the Council’s survey profile by rebranding the biennial Chicago Council Survey, initiating a flash polling capability, undertaking all quantitative analysis, drafting final reports and publishing follow-on research.Developed new ways to engage the media and consumers by releasing shorter, more easily digestible survey reports to connect Council findings to newly released data and to publicize the Council data for a longer period of time.Established an online presence for the Council’s Public Opinion Survey via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), twitter, blogging and presented Council findings at research conferences.Work on proposals to extend the Chicago Council’s survey work into the Asia/Pacific, Europe, Canada and Mexico by working with partner organizations and seeking funding from various foundations.
