Serve as the Senior Gender and Social Inclusion Advisor as a member of the Analytics, Gender, Inclusion, Learning and Evaluation (AGILE) Unit at Winrock International. In this capacity, serve as Winrock\'s lead technical expert on the development implications of gender, gender identity, caste, ethnicity, sexual orientation, youth and disabilities and other marginalized populations (such as IDPs, sex workers, etc.) relevant to each of the technical sectors that Winrock works in. Support Winrock staff to achieve greater impact by leading integration of gender equality and social inclusion considerations throughout the organization\'s activities and field programs. As the lead technical expert, coordinate Winrock\'s GESI strategy development and promote implementation across projects. Serve as a technical advisor to projects and mentor to GESI staff working in the field. Represent Winrock\'s thought leadership in GESI to donors and host country governments and other partner organizations; promoting improved learning and communication about GESI results.
