Support the Head of Arts in the implementation of arts and cultural programmes under the NewVoices and Responding to Global Changes strands in compliance with British Council policies andprocedures including development and delivery of conferences, EU – UK delegation programme,reporting and data collection, evaluation, operational project delivery and managing relations withdelivery partners.The British Council wishes to co-design and develop a series of programmes under the NewVoices umbrella with a focus on Gender as well as coordinate actions in order to close programmesthat have been recently delivered (CoMuseum international conference). The programmes willexplore new ways of connecting with and understanding each other through the arts, building creativeand collaborative global communities that inspire innovation, knowledge, prosperity and peace.We aim to deliver this through:a / Cultural exchangeWe support organisations and artists to build networks and collaborate and bring artists andaudiences together to share and exchange creative ideas.(Museums Revisited, Thessaloniki Genderfestival, Inedit, Arts and Disability Europe beyond Access, WOW Festival)b/ Culture responds to global challengesThrough the transformative power of arts and culture to change mindsets, we support moreconnected and equal societies and the protection and promotion of cultural expression, diversity andheritage at risk.
