ABOUT DINA MACEDO

For nearly two decades I have immersed myself in the manufacturing experience, deliberately seeking to understand and master all operational aspects toward best serving my employers and their customers. Through involvement with project initiation and management, plant scheduling, inside sales, pricing, accounts receivable, expediting, account management and most currently, business development, I have gained a working knowledge of both front and back of the house operations, and a capability to devise creative and innovative solutions. Genuinely interested in working with and learning from others, and blessed with an innate ability to identify with people and their needs, I specialize in team building, conflict resolution, and problem solving. In my current position, working with both new and mature accounts, I seek to bring Kapco\'s vast personal and technical capital to bear in enabling the success of our business partners in all their endeavors.
