Work with potential patients, insurance carriers and/or payers, healthcare providers, Game Ready (an Avanos Medical Company) sales team and other relevant internal and external parties of Game Ready (an Avanos Medical Company) to successfully process timely rental orders.•Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: patient in-service via phone, patient surveys, order extensions, inquiries, inventory retrieval management, among other related activities.•Respond to all inquiries promptly and adhere to the follow-up process that is outlined by the team\'s supervisor.•Process specified patient orders to completion, and/or transfer orders to the appropriate Account Management Specialist (AMS) or Independent Sales Representative per policy Answering multiple phone lines Receiving and entering orders via phone, fax, and email Order review, qualification, and patient demographics entered efficiently into DME+ order form to meet the performance standards established for this position.•Coordinate with other departments as needed for a rental or sale upon confirmation of the order and alert the appropriate department(s) to ensure the order is fulfilled.•Consistently meet surgical and non-surgical deadlines.•Monitor shipment of Game Ready unit to ensure delivery, perform in-service with patient over the phone.•Retrieval of rental units as necessary.
