ABOUT DINA DUBLON
Dina Dublon is a member of the Board of Directors of PepsiCo and T Rowe Price. She was previously on the boards of Microsoft, Accenture, and on the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank. She was chief financial officer of JP Morgan Chase & Co—responsible for the company’s financial management and operations, strategy and acquisitions, corporate treasury, tax and investor relations—until her retirement from the company at the end of 2004.Ms. Dublon joined Chemical Bank’s capital markets group as a management trainee in the trading floor in 1981 and played a key role in the negotiation and merger integration of Chemical Bank with Manufacturers Hanover, Chase, JPMorgan and BankOne. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Dublon worked at the Harvard Business School and at Bank Hapoalim in Israel.She\'s on the board of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and co-chairs the Columbia University Cancer Research Center (HICC) Advisory Council; she is on the Global Advisory Council of Carnegie Mellon University and a life trustee. She served on the Board of the Global Fund for Women and was co-chair of the Board of Women’s Refugee Commission.Born in Brazil, Ms. Dublon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.Sc. from the Business School at Carnegie Mellon University.
