   launched in 2013 new Egyptian/Mediterranean food truck and catering business in DC area, with a concept “Eat Healthy for a Good Cause”. Created concept and developed business plan; project charter, project budget and recruited initial investors. Was able to grow the business to the first Egyptian restaurant in DC metro area. In less then two years, we got awarded by, Food Network, Washingtonian, Washington Pot, Arlington Magazine, and Northern Virginia Magazine! One step at the time, and sky is our limit.
