Working along side Project Manager in conservatory department, being a contact for clients during their project, booking survey with project manager and architect and also installation dates with our joiners, helping project manager order products and trades for clients projects, writing up schedule of works from project manager to provide with to clients, answering emails and phone calls from clients, suppliers and tradesmen. Helping clients achieve their completion certificate from their local council. Liaising with other departments to insure clients get best possible service. Keeping clients up to date and notifying them of any changes. Ensuring all admin work is complete and up to date. Also, dealing with any remedial work from past conservatory customers and finding a resolution to support their enquiry.
