With over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, I am a certified project management professional who has successfully managed complex and diverse development programs from R&D through post-marketing. As the Senior Director of Project Management at Mesoblast, I lead a global team of project managers and oversee the integration of all functional departments involved in the delivery of the company\'s innovative cell therapy products.My core competencies include strategic project management, project portfolio management, project management office setup and leadership, business process analysis and improvement, and pharmacovigilance and safety surveillance. Responsible for integrating project data across the organization, developing executive dashboards, and providing consolidated reports to senior leadership and department heads. Work together with senior management in developing, initiating, and managing strategic operating plans and projects for the execution of business strategies and achievement of organizational goals.
