My journey has been defined by my adaptability, hard work, and an unwavering belief in the power of deliberate planning to overcome challenges and scale new heights. Throughout my career, I’ve thrived in dynamic, high-pressure environments, leveraging my ability to balance multiple roles while focusing on delivering impactful results. My professional journey began with understanding the intersection of business consultancy and technology, where I wore many hats and took on various responsibilities. This foundation paved the way for my decision to pursue an MSc. in International Events Management at The University of Surrey, where I gained valuable insights into key areas of event planning, including Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Risk Assessment. For over 7 years, I worked as an Artist Manager in the Media and Entertainment sector, learning how to build meaningful relationships across all levels of an organization—from leadership to support staff. I realized that there’s no fixed path to success; navigating difficulties with tact, curiosity, and determination is the true key to achievements. Most recently, I transitioned into the role of Executive Assistant/Strategic Manager to the CEO & Founder of a start-up, followed by an exciting opportunity to support the Vehicle Design Team. These experiences have deepened my skills in strategic thinking, executive support, and cross-functional collaboration. I am now eager to embark on my next adventure.
