As the founder of Roots in the Clouds, she partners with leaders and mission-driven organizations to address the root causes of organizational trauma and design cultures that foster moral courage, collective care, and sustainable service.Dimple specializes in helping organizations navigate the complexities of vicarious trauma, moral injury, and institutional betrayal, drawing on her deep expertise in trauma-informed leadership, mindful performance, and spiritual ecology.
