As a finance and marketing professional with an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Mumbai, I am dedicated to achieving excellence in my career. With a strong academic background and experience in the financial services industry, I am well-equipped to take on any challenge.Currently working as an Associate Manager for Partnership & Alliances at Lendbox P2P, I am responsible for acquiring B2B channel partners, deepening relationships, and increasing wallet share from existing partners. I also generate and manage tie-ups for investments from the IFA channel, manage a team, and handle channel partners and distributors for the company\'s own investment product. Additionally, I create daily MIS and reports, conduct business engagement activities with partners, and ensure portfolio review and counseling for high-end investors is conducted regularly. My focus is on increasing the AUM size on a month-on-month basis and eventually managing and scaling up a large portfolio of client assets in the fixed-income investment product.Previously, I worked as a Relationship Manager for B2B Investment at Innofin Solution Pvt. Ltd. where I managed customer portfolios, analyzed accounts and markets, advised customers, recruited channel partners, handled 6-8 Cr AUM, provided training for business development, and prepared business plans and strategies to develop the business of channel partners. I also planned different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity, accompanied IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings, addressed and spread awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets, and solved distributor\'s queries. I successfully achieved organizational targets on time to time and followed internal sales processes.In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from KES Shroff College, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. I also completed my HSC from JB Khot Junior College and SSC from AMK Premier High School.I am eager to take on new challenges and continue growing professionally in the financial services industry.
