Enser basically involved in BPM and KPO/BPO services.Enser helps its clients to manage their Customer life cycle (Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Loyalty ) by using its Business process Management. Through Enser BPM technology Enabled platform that integrates with boice, chat, Email, IVRS and other social mefia engagement for customer acquisition as well as customer service strategies. Company is listed ON NSE Emerge Platform on 22nd of March 2024 and feeling proud as part of its IPO journey. Enser have their strong presence in Mumbai, Gurugram, Balngalore, Jaipur, Chennai and Dubai. Here I am working and Directing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and compliance. Involved in process of Restated financial of company for IPO process and Filing DRHP and RHP at the time of IPO. Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas. Overseas investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion Monitoring books of accounts Ensure relevant accounting standards and accounting practices as prescribed, are being followed. Dealing and co-coordinating with Auditors, Ensuring timely completion of internal and statutory audits of the Company. Coordination with banks and institutions to ensure verifying and providing of information. Reviewing debtors outstanding and managing the cash flow. Resolve complex accounting issues.
