Develop, implement, and administer training specific to employee relations matters, including performance management and progressing discipline.•Supports business areas by analyzing and recommending solutions to basic and intermediate employee relations issues across all regions, providing effective and efficient delivery of value added services to internal and external customers in a fast-paced and changing organization.•Assists in the facilitation of corporate training sessions with branch Account Managers and Recruiters.•Handles difficult, sensitive situations that require discretionary thinking and decision-making.•Handles various employee issues with confidentiality, using problem-solving skills as required.•Reviews and analyzes HR policies, practices and systems. Recommends and supports process and policy improvements.•Work with the HR team locally, and across US to meet HR business plans.•Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and other corporate functions.•Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure.•Lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies as required.
