Reviewed shop drawings.• Involved in management of the project to meet crucial deadlines. Attended and participated in client and consultant meetings. Assisted and circulated meeting minutes and note taking during meetings. Interim drawing reviews prepared by juniors on team and guided to achieve the completion on time• Designed unit layouts for Studio, 1Bed, 2Bed and 3Bed suites. Involved in client discussion with project manager and partner.• Actively involved in Consultant Coordination: Structural, M&E, Civil, Landscape, ID, Acoustic, Code, Planning, Elevator, Sprinkler, Energy modeler and others involved in design. Reviewing the drawings and providing Bluebeam markups. Guiding junior staff to update drawings based on coordination. and implemented changes in the architecture set.
