I have over ten years working experience, working internationally in countries including South Africa, Dubai, Angola and in parts of London and other parts or Europe on Solar PV,CSP and Other Renewable energy Projects, as well as in the Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Structural and Building Construction industries. Starting as an apprentice working on Civil, Structural and building construction sites, working my way up to a Project Manager leading team of over 100 professionals Key services but not limited to design and planning phase, the budget and tender phase as well as the construction, commissioning and O&M. Also including Asset management, Shutdown & Turnaround Solutions, Long Term Maintenance Solutions, Construction Services and Management Services. Primary Responsibilities include Safety Leadership, Business Unit Profitability, Resource Development, Systems Development & Alignment, Maximizing Team Performance and Sustainable Growth of Business Unit.
