Lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of VIP engagement across flagship events, including London Tech Week and Africa Tech Festival- Develop and manage targeted outreach campaigns to senior executives, industry leaders, and key decision-makers- Ensure seamless end-to-end management of VIP participation, from invitation and communication to onsite experience- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Event teams to align messaging and expand the VIP offering- Coordinate structured networking programmes and social functions tailored for VIP stakeholders- Cultivate long-term relationships to drive brand commitment and loyalty among high-value audiences- Oversee the planning and delivery of executive-level engagements including VIP dinners, breakfast briefings, and closed-door meetings- Validate incoming VIP pass requests and ensure eligibility in collaboration with internal teams- Manage sponsor relationships to maximise client engagement and drive value from VIP initiatives- Handle pre-event administration including registration systems, calendar invites, and attendee list management.
