As Property Manager, I oversee 3 geographically dispersed apartment communities in the Cranston Area valued at over $70 million. Following is an abbreviated snapshot of my experience in this position: Handle application processing, marketing, resident relations, property tours, and lease negotiation to optimize occupancy levels. Perform accounting tasks such as collecting rents, paying invoices, and assisting with budget planning. Recruit, supervise, counsel, and motivate employees. Communicate operational requirements during staff meetings and enforce company policies and procedures. Optimize curb appeal (landscaping, signage, building exteriors, breezeways, amenities/facilities, trash receptacles). Increase resident satisfaction by providing world-class service, promptly addressing complaints/problems, and maintaining professionalism at all times.
